No one likes downtime or server problems. Period. It is because of that sole reason that provides direct problem resolution through many channels of communication. XFire, Windows Live messenger, email, and IRC are all ways we communicate to game server administrators and players. If there is a problem it is resolved quickly; customer communication is incredibly important as no one wants to be left in the dark when their game server isn't working correctly.
