I'm getting mixed information on dedicated servers for this game.
What is the scoop?
Will we be able to host our own dedicated servers?
Will these servers be ranked or non-ranked servers?
Is there a ETA when this will all take place?
I hope someone has the answers because on the official site, everyone seems to have an opinion & they all seem to be different

The way I've understood it that only certain "authorized" companies/organizations are allowed to run dedicated servers (people not falling into that authorized category can't host). All servers are locked into a ranked non-moddable configuration, so you can only customize the server to a limited extent. I've tried to become a authorized, but EA/Dice make this process difficult so at this point there isn't much I can do.

The official site seems to contradict itself and there isn't a whole lot of real factual information out there. It is unfortunate that EA/Dice are doing it this way.
