Re: Ice Cathedral by Bliccer - Alpha#2 Well yeah... tomorrow is the deadline and I am far from getting this baby done. Still I like it more and more and would have regret if I had canceled. Just because I put so much time into this already (two days, 5 hours from 9pm to 2am) I just want to fish for compliments... the map looks better ingame though, because of the shiney icecave... I am actually pretty proud about this cave, all done with brushes. I luv da phong!
BTW: anyone having some nice custom techlights/spacelights he could give me for this map? I don't want to use the gothic lights, but more the base/spacey type.Or any suggestions would be cool. Edit: Is there any way to rescale a remapped texture? Attachments:

If I don't win the prize for the most idiotic name I will be very angry  It is only in a Beta Status since I didn't have much time to develop this map. I am actually pretty proud that I did 3/4 of the stuff this night (10 hours or something), and also the rest in approx 1 1/2 days? Because it is a beta I already know that there is a lot of stuff to do for a final rc (and I still have a bunch of ideas what to implement) ... but judge yourself =) Blicethdral Beta (Judging version) K. Well done people, will check out the other (very promising looking) maps later, for now: Good Night ;D |
