thanks very much for the feedback, StormShadow. you sparked some nice ideas for me.

i've added a third path inside each base. i also changed most of the item placement. i've updated the link with alpha 3. or, if you don't want to download, just check my little diagram below :). i'm thinking this will be my last alpha. i will certainly still accept any feedback, but i need to get detailing now.

As said before, it really needs a third route into mid, maybe a corridor from YA to the high 50 bubble... only other things I thought of are that maybe the wall between LG and flagroom is too deep, you have to get right into those windows to be able to fire some shots off... and maybe have MH platform the same height as the floor nearby? Just looks a little odd as it is imo, if someone gets in a fight on that ledge, they're in enough trouble without having to do a better CJ than they did to get there in the first place :)

I agree. I think a third route would be beneficial to this map. Feels fast and frantic...which I like a lot.

thanks for feedback. the MH is intentionally risky. maybe i can change the height of it though. i'm a little worried about adding a third route into the center because i'm aiming for a small CTF, something that plays best for 2on2 or 3on3. i don't want it to be too easy to lose people. i'm not sure if this a practical concern though.

tested my layout last night for the first time with three friends and i'm pretty unhappy with it. probably going to try another flag room. i'll still be updating regularly but it looks like i'm going to have time troubles. we'll see how it goes.
