Re: bst3dm1 (alpha 2) by bst
Started some other details, I'll leave the textures until last, I want to keep it simple and easy to change. http://img534.imageshack.us/img534/8515/shot1133.jpghttp://img12.imageshack.us/img12/1450/shot1132.jpghttp://img190.imageshack.us/img190/9046/shot1135.jpgIf you can guess from those shots what film inspired the detailing, then well done

Looks cool man, all the different angles and shapes are starting to stand out more now that you're prettying it up! The screenshots remind me of Q4 for some reason

Very creative use of curves and unusual shapes! I think some additional coloring in the textures would make it look better.

Thought I'd put up some shots to show I'm still alive xD I've got a quite a few things still to do and will probably work on it more after the comp Main thing I am working on over the next few days is just lighting and textures, otherwise the map is fine to play etc. Its basically just visuals now.

Looks nice! I think you could make your textures look more authentic with adding a surface structure to them. Maybe get a metal texture from cgtextures and just use it as an overlay for your textures.

Re: bst3dm1 (alpha 2) by bst
Cheers mate. Not sure really as I kind of envisioned it to have painted metal/plastic (kind of like in star trek etc) so the panels and stuff aren't really meant to be brushed/mottled/scratched/rusty. But some of them do have it. I thought it would be a nice change hehe.

Does anyone know how to get the quad to disappear in duel but not ffa? Oo Because seems I can only use notfree 1 which does them both :/ If not I'll just use notfree 1 hehe Edit: nvm, figured it out it only appears in tdm and ffa now
