Had Beta 1 up on a server for some testing and decided I needed to make some changes

Looks like a pretty fun CA map. Should it be possible to jump from the stairs to the RA? Because this isn't. Not in vq3 though.

Befor I added the teleporter that lands you on that platform it used to be lower. It was still a
difficult jump though. When we (myself and some friends in the Nasty Clan) play tested the map
They suggested to add some teleporters to help with the flow of the map. It was then I decided to switch the RA and PT and use a teleporter as a primary avenue of acquisition. I
figured if someone wanted a shortcut to it they could rocket jump or use the plasma gun (cant
remember what they call that move when you use the PG to climb walls.Its been a long time
since I played Rocket Arena.I liked playing it,I just sucked at it :lol: ). Same goes for the
Quad Damage. I fully intended for players to have to RJ for it.

I made a few changes,
- Added a couple of new textures
- Added a Fire sound for the torches
- Found some textures that werent scaled properly and fixed that.
I'de like to thank the judges for thier usefull comments.
