Had a quick run around, feels like a good start, but...
IMO, it needs more height variation, just a little here and there.
Also, LG+RG+YA for the defence and overlooking all routes into the base, hmm :/
Maybe you could provide a slightly more sheltered route for attackers to sneak in via,
or move LG?
I also think putting RG+YAx2+MH so close to the flag will make attacking almost impossible.
Perhaps place MH slightly further away, so basedef has to carefully time his trip to take it,
giving attackers a little chance

(q3ctf2/qzctf7/qzctf10 etc etc)
